Greetings from eXpats Service Centre!

Pursuant to our announcement yesterday, 17th March 2020 (Ref No: CCFS–MFS–ANNC–MDEC–113 D20200317) followings are additional information for the company to observe:

1.Endorsement of Employment Pass/Dependant Pass/Other Related Pass and Services

Endorsement submission at eXpats Service Centre (Cyberjaya and Northern Office) will be put hold until 31st March 2020.

2.Immigration counter

Following are the services allowed through the Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC, Cyberjaya:

1. Special Pass application
2. Maid application
3. Permission to Study (for Employment Pass holder only)
4. Transfer of Endorsement application
5. Cancellation application

Please take note, for companies that liaise with eXpats Service Centre – Northern office, only Special Pass can be submitted through the Immigration Department in Penang.
