In line with announcement made by the Minister of Human Resource on 21st December 2022, effective from 1st January 2023 for employment of Expatriate/Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) companies are required to register with Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM).

For registration purposes, kindly refer to https://jtksm.mohr.gov.my/ms/berita-pengumuman/2973-permohonan-2 and fill-up the form under Expatriate employment application. Effective from 1st February 2023, proof of submission or approval letter from JTKSM MUST be submitted upon submission of FKW projection and this is a MANDATORY document. We seek your cooperation to adhere to the requirements made by the Government of Malaysia.
