Please be informed that Expats Online Appointment will be available effective from 20th August 2021.

Clients may book the appointment for slot 1st September 2021 onwards at www.expats.com.my/contact or appt.expats.com.my.

The Front Counter service of Expats Service Centre including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC operational hours will remain as below: 

 

SERVICES	DAY	TIME
Submission of passport Documents for Client Manager	Monday until Thursday Friday	8.00am until 1.00pm 8.00am until 12.00pm
Collection of passports	Monday until Friday	3.00pm until 4.30pm

 

For collection of passports, companies are still required to make an appointment via email to [email protected]. Kindly note that walk-in is strictly NOT allowed.
