Referring to our announcement “New Process of Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) Projection” on 3rd June 2024, we are pleased to inform that with the new process, companies are no longer required to submit the supporting documents upon declaration of headcount.

 

However, to adhere to the requirement by Ministry of Human Resources, a valid approval letter from Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) is still required for submission of FKW new application. This approval letter is mandatory and companies MUST ensure it is attached when submitting their applications.

 

We seek your cooperation to adhere to the requirements made by the Government of Malaysia.
