Greetings from eXpats Service Centre! We refer to the announcement made by the Government of Malaysia on the travel restriction to Malaysia for the travellers from India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan & Nepal to prevent the spread of the new Indian Covid-19 variant into the country. Due to the recent announcement, we encourage company not to submit/hold the applications of Foreign Knowledge Worker from these countries until the restriction is lifted. However, should company wish to proceed with the applications, kindly submit/resubmit the application in eXpats system for our further action. Please take note that the approval letter is valid for 6 months from the approval date. As such, company is required to complete the process including endorsement before the expiry date.  

 

For companies that are not able to complete the process, the company is required to re-apply if the application has expired.
