Dear valued clients,

We recently experienced receiving high volume of incomplete application for endorsement (Stage 2), where is has causes disruption and delays in operations especially at the Immigration Department.

Therefore, effective from 1st December 2016, all documents for endorsement (Stage 2) MUST be completed including payment to the Immigration. Any incomplete documents will be rejected immediately.

As stated in the checklist, payment to Ketua Pengarah Imigresen Malaysia must be in the bank draft. However for urgent cases, cash payment RM300 and below will be considered.
