Greetings from Expats Service Centre!

 

In view of the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations, we wish to inform you that the Expats Service Centre will be closed half day from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm on 28th March 2025 (Friday) and will resume as usual on 2nd April 2025 (Wednesday). However, our Front Counter will be closed for the whole day on the said day.

 

Please take note that there will be minimal support available for services in Expats Service Centre during the Hari Raya week.

 

Endorsement of Employment Pass / Dependant Pass / Other Related Pass and Services

 

The last day for submission of:

 

1. Original passport for Cancellation of Pass will be on 25th March 2025 (Tuesday). Please take note that we will not accept original passport from 26th March 2025 until our Front Counter resumes on 2nd April 2025 because of security reasons.

 

2. Endorsement will be on 25th March 2025 (Tuesday). For applications submitted after 25th March 2025, the applications will only be processed after the festive holidays.

 

As such, we encourage you to plan your submissions of applications to ensure a smooth process for expatriate services.
