Dear valued clients,

In line with our continuous improvement, we have integrated e-Xpats system with Immigration Department of Malaysia’s (IDM) system on the photo for Foreign Knowledge Worker. Please note that IDM has made it compulsory for the photo to be uploaded in the system.

The uploaded photo will also be shared with respective Malaysian Embassies/Consulate General/High Commission abroad for issuance of Visa with Reference.

Thus, failure to comply with the requirement, it would affect the issuance of related pass. Kindly refer details of requirement and photo specification as below.

Please note that MDeC will not be responsible for any rejection of visa or pass application by IDM/Embassy/Consulate General/ High Commission should company failed to adhere with the requirement.
