Dear Valued Clients,

We wish to inform you that eXpats Service Centre will be closed on 23^rd June 2017 to 27^th June 2017 and we will resume as usual on 28^th June 2017.

To ensure a smooth process for expatriate services, we advise you to plan your submissions for applications as per below dates:

Approval of Application for Foreign Knowledge Workers for MSC Malaysia Status Companies and ICT Sector Companies

The last day to submit applications will be on 16th June 2017 (Friday) in order to obtain decision before the holidays. Applications received after 16^th June 2017, decision will only be made on 28th June 2017 (Wednesday) onwards.

Endorsement of Employment Pass / Dependant Pass / Other Related Pass and Services

The last day to submit endorsement applications will be on 26th May 2017 (Friday) in order to obtain complete endorsements by Immigration Department before the festive holidays.

Any applications received after 26th May 2017, we will not accept original passport in view of security reasons. These applications will be completed after the holidays. The following additional documents are required for submission of application without the original passport:

1. copy of identity page
2. copy of current pass page (if applicable)
3. copy of latest entry stamp page
4. copy of reference visa page (if applicable)
5. copy last page of the passport (only for Indian nationality)
6. copy of 3 empty pages

However, for change of position application, original passport is still required for endorsement purposes.
