NEW UPDATE ON IMMIGRATION MATTERS (TOE AND SPECIAL PASS)

Greetings from eXpats Service Centre!

With immediate effect, following are the new updates from Immigration Malaysia:

1) Transfer of Endorsement (TOE)

Refer to our announcement dated 30th October 2019 (Ref No: CCFS–MFS–ANNC–MDEC–100 D20191030), in any condition Foreign Knowledge Worker and the dependent that holds valid pass is required to do transfer of endorsement immediately after obtaining a new passport.

For the following process, TOE is not required if the current pass (Employment Pass/Dependent Pass/Social Visit Pass) is expiring within 7 days:

  1. Renewal of application
  2. Change of designation/position
  3. Change of employer

2) Payment method for special pass application

Payment method for special pass that submitted via MDEC must be in bank draft form. Cash is not allowable.
