Refer to our announcement on 10th June 2020 (CCFS–MFS–ANNC–MDEC–123 D20200610), followings are the latest updates from Immigration Department of Malaysia for the entry of Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) during Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO):

1)Entry permission for Foreign Knowledge Worker/Dependents including foreign maid that has active pass and/or obtained approval who is currently abroad and would want to enter Malaysia, kindly refer to updated Guideline for the Entry of Expatriate and Appendix A.

With the new update, please take note that support letter from MDEC will be processed within 7 days upon receiving complete information.

2) For Foreign Knowledge Worker/Dependents including foreign maid currently in Malaysia with an active pass and would want to obtain Permission to Exit and Return, please refer to Guideline for Exit and Return of Expatriate.
