In view of our continuous process improvement, following are the new updates:

1. New payment option
   American Express (AMEX) is now part of eXpats system online payment. Company may now make payment for MDEC and Immigration Department with this option.
2. Passport Sharing
   Please take note, for children (dependent) that included in the parent’s passport (passport sharing), the submission of online application is applicable for the main passport holder only. As such, the children that accompanied their parents are not required to apply for the online application. To apply for children passes, please liaise directly with Immigration Unit in MDEC, Cyberjaya.
   We encourage that any children accompanying their parents (main passport holder) to have individual or separate passport from their parents in order for them to obtain their individual Dependent Pass.
3. Endorsement process
   For any application that has been approved and the applicant has entered Malaysia, please proceed with endorsement immediately. This is to ensure a smooth endorsement process and to avoid any overstay issues.
