Dear Valued Clients, Greetings from eXpats Service Centre! In line with the National Recovery Plan (NRP), with immediate effect only fully vaccinated authorized person/representatives that have passed the vaccination maturity period of 14 days is allowed to enter our Centre.

 

Following the above, effective 18th October 2021, MDEC operational hours will be revised as follows:

 

Operation hours	Monday to Thursday	Friday
	8.00am to 4.30pm	8.00am to 4.30pm
Lunch Hours (Closed)	1.00pm to 2.00pm	12.15pm to 2.45pm

 

In order to comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during Movement Control Order (MCO), companies are required to make an online appointment before coming to eXpats Service Centre. However, if company is unable to obtain the slot via online appointment, please email [email protected] to obtain manual appointment. Walk-in is allowed for collection of passports ONLY.
