With reference to the Government initiatives made by the Cabinet on 4th June 2020 regarding employment of Foreign Knowledge Workers, companies are  required to advertise job vacancies to locals on the JobsMalaysia portal https://www.jobsmalaysia.gov.my/jobsmy for a minimum of 30 days. JobsMalaysia will only issue a \"Surat Perakuan\" to company that has advertised the job vacancy to locals and unable to employ local talents for the vacant positions.
