In line with the Government initiative to enhance the efficiency of pass issuance, please be informed that effective from 1st March 2025, Electronic Pass (ePASS) will be issued for endorsement of pass for Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) including their dependents.

 

With the implementation of ePASS, company may download and print the ePASS from the system.

Please take note on the additional information for ePASS:

 

1. The FKW including their dependent/s MUST present the ePASS together with passport for identification.

2. The ePass will only be issued WHEN the FKW including their dependent/s is physically present in Malaysia.
