Greetings from Expats Service Centre! Pursuant to our announcement on Special Pass requirement after 30th June 2022 dated 13th May 2022, this is a final reminder to highlight that effective 1st July 2022, companies are required to ensure that all applications are with a VALID pass prior to submission of approval and endorsement. Companies MUST ensure that immediate action are taken for applications with expired pass validity. This is to prevent Foreign Knowledge Workers (FKW) from being subject to any action under the Immigration Act, penalties or deported by the Immigration Department of Malaysia. Therefore, we encourage all companies to plan and monitor your application in advance so that the application process runs smoothly and to avoid unwanted/unnecessary situations.
