EXPATS SERVICE CENTRE FRONT COUNTER RESUME OPERATIONS DURING CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO)
Dear Valued Clients,
Greetings from eXpats Service Centre! We refer to our announcement dated 21st October 2020 (CCFS–MFS–ANNC–MDEC–138 D20201021) on the closure of eXpats Service Centre counter.
Please be informed that the Front Counter service of Expats Service Centre, Cyberjaya including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC will resume as usual effective from Wednesday, 9th December 2020.
Companies are required to make an online appointment via appt.expats.com.my before coming to our Centre. All online appointments that have been booked from 9th December 2020 are valid and company can come according to the date and time.
Please take note of the followings:
- 1) Companies are encouraged to prioritize the submission of application based on the expiry of passes.
- 2) Submission of application must be with complete documents
- 3) There will be delays in processing of endorsement application due to high volume of backlogs and we are not operating with full staff strength
- 4) All communications with eXpats Service Centre will be via email and chatbot/live chat only.
