27th February 2023 Dear Valued Clients, Greetings from Expats Service Centre! We refer to our announcement dated 15th April 2022 (BSD–EXPATS–ANNC–MDEC–176 D20220415) on the enhancement of Expats system, please be informed that effective from 1st March 2023,  Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) under Employment Pass categories III (EPIII) including their dependent/s that has been approved and currently abroad is now allowed  to collect pass sticker at ESD Satellite Centre (ESC), Kuala Lumpur International Airport 1 (KLIA1).  Please take note on the additional information for collection of pass sticker purposes:

 

• Once submitted and processed, company will be notified via email to download a Confirmation Letter in the system. FKW including their dependent/s are required to show this letter upon collection of pass sticker.
• Only FKW and their dependent/s who arrived at KLIA1 are eligible to collect the pass sticker at ESC. For those who arrived at other than KLIA1, the pass sticker must be collected at Expats Service Centre.
