Please be informed with immediate effect, collection of pass sticker at ESD SATELLITE CENTRE (ESC), KUALA LUMPUR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT 1 (KLIA1) has resumed as usual.

 

For collection of pass sticker, kindly adhere to the following:

 

1. Once submitted and processed, company will be notified via email to download a Confirmation Letter in the system. FKW including their dependent/s MUST show this letter upon entry at the airport and during collection of pass sticker.

 

2. Only FKW and their dependent/s who arrive at KLIA1 are eligible to collect the pass sticker at ESC. For those who arrived at other than KLIA1, the pass sticker must be collected at Expats Service Centre.

 

In cases where the issuance of pass sticker is unsuccessful at ESC, company may email us at [email protected] for the next arrangement.
