Please be informed that effective from 1st July 2024, companies must ensure that the name of the authorised person designated to liaise with Expats Service Centre is listed in the Expats system. After 1st July 2024 we will not entertain any representative who is not listed in our record.

Therefore, we encourage the company to submit a new authorisation letter immediately if there are any changes or updates of the authorised person.  The sample letter is available at  https://mdec.my/expats/document-library-for-non-md-company under the Sample Letters section.
