WHAT IS GLOBAL ONLINE WORKFORCE (GLOW)
Global Online Workforce (GLOW) is a programme for aspiring Malaysians to take up freelancing as a career and become digital freelancers. The programme has helped thousands of digital freelancers to secure freelancing jobs via international platforms.
Qualifying Assessment and Profiling Process
GLOW is open to Malaysian above 18 years old that meets one of the following criteria:
- Individual with skills and qualifications who is currently outside of formal employment
- Experienced and/or highly skilled worker who has been retrenched / having more than 30% salary cut
- Unemployed or underemployed graduates with good technical skills and knowledge
Intensive Training as Digital Freelancers
The 3-day intensive training covers on how to create a professional digital freelance profile and portfolio, respond to the common generic requirements, and the processes for onboarding in most digital freelancing platforms. Throughout the training session, various useful tips will be shared for participants to further enhance their skills on job/task searching and bidding in the digital platform.

What Will You Learn
The training covers important fundamental concepts to prepare the participant with the basic mindset of becoming a successful digital freelancer.
