Please be informed that with immediate effect all letters and documents required during application of Employment Pass and other related passes MUST be signed by a representative of the company holding the position of Manager and above. This is to ensure that the relevant letters and documents are in line with the requirements of the Immigration Department. Should the letter and document signed by a company representative who is not listed as an authorized person in the eXpats system, the company is responsible for ensuring the authenticity of the signature.
