Dear Valued Clients, Greetings from eXpats Service Centre! We would like to inform that companies are required to comply with the current Special Pass (SP) requirements by the Malaysian Immigration Department. Kindly observe the following scenarios with regards to Special Pass (SP):

 

SCENARIOS	ACTIONS
Application approved and submission of endorsement before expiry of current pass. Application approved before expiry of current pass and submission of endorsement after expiry of current pass.	To submit passport for endorsement without SP at eXpats Service Centre. To submit passport for endorsement without SP within 30 days after application is approved at eXpats service Centre.
Application approved after expiry of current pass.	To apply Special Pass directly at Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) of MDEC Cyberjaya before submission of passport for endorsement.
Applicant entered Malaysia with the approval letter and the current entry stamp (Social Visit Pass) has expired before submission of passport for endorsement.	To apply Special Pass directly at Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) of MDEC Cyberjaya before submission of passport for endorsement.

 

Please take immediate action for applications with expired pass validity. We shall update these SP requirements if there are any changes. Companies are required to make an online appointment via appt.expats.com.my before coming to our Centre.
