Greetings from Expats Service Centre!

 

In view of upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations, we wish to inform that the Expats Service Centre will be closed half day from 12.00 pm to 4.00 pm on 9th April 2024 (Tuesday) and will resume as usual on 12th April 2024 (Friday). Nevertheless, our Front Counter will remain closed on 9th and 12th April 2024.

 

Please take note that there will be a minimal support available for services in Expats Service Centre during the Hari Raya week.

 

Endorsement of Employment Pass / Dependant Pass / Other Related Pass and Services

 

The last day for submission of:

1. Original passport for Cancellation of Pass will be on 3rd April 2024 (Wednesday). Please take note that we will not accept original passport from 4th April 2024 until our Front Counter resume on 15th April 2024 in view of security reason.

 

2. Endorsement will be on 3rd April 2024 (Wednesday). For applications submitted after 3rd April 2024, the applications will only be processed after the festive holidays. 

 

As such, we encourage you to plan your submissions of applications to ensure a smooth process for expatriate services.
