We would like to inform that Expats Service Centre - Northern Office will be relocated to a new office effective from Monday, 8th September 2025 as follows:

In conjunction with our office relocation, kindly observe the following:

 

a) Operational Hours

4th September 2025 (Thursday) operational hours will be from 8.00am to 12.00pm
8th September 2025 (Monday) operational hours will be from 2.00pm to 5.00pm

 

b) Submission for Endorsement Application

To minimise the number of passports in hand and smooth process during the relocation exercise, the last day to submit the endorsement applications will be on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025. This is to allow sufficient time for completion of endorsements by the Immigration Department before 4th September 2025. Operations will resume as usual on Monday, 8th September 2025 at 2.00pm.

 

As such, we encourage you to plan your application submissions accordingly to ensure a smooth process for expatriate services.
