Greetings from eXpats Service Centre!

In line with the recent announcement made by the Malaysia Immigration Department, this is to inform that all counter services of the Immigration Department will be closed from today, 19^th March 2020 until 31^st March 2020 including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC, Cyberjaya and Immigration in Penang state.

As such, please take note that Special pass is not required or applicable during this period for:

1. Foreign Knowledge Worker/expatriate who will continue to remain in Malaysia and current pass (Employment Pass/Dependent Pass/Other related pass) is expiring or has expired
2. Foreign Knowledge Worker/expatriate planning to leave Malaysia and current pass has expired.

The counter service may resume on 1^st April 2020 or after the Movement Control Order has ended. You may refer to Frequently Asked Questions(FAQ) for details.
