NOTICE OF CLOSURE FOR EXPATS SERVICE CENTRE - NORTHERN OFFICE COUNTER DURING CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO)
Dear Valued Clients,
Greetings from eXpats Service Centre!
In line with the recent announcement made by the Government of Malaysia on CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO) for all states except Perlis, Pahang and Kelantan, please be informed that our eXpats Service Centre in Northern office is closed starting today, 9th November 2020 until 6th December 2020. However, the centre is still open for collection of endorsed passports until Friday, 13th November 2020. As such, we encourage companies to walk-in to our Centre in Northern office for collection of passports latest by Friday.
The Centre service may resume on 7th December 2020 or after the Conditional Movement Control Order has ended.
In addition, during this period:
1) Online application of Approval Stage will continue to be processed.
2) Appointment that has been booked will be automatically cancelled but companies may proceed to book new slot for 7th December 2020 onwards via [email protected].
