In line with the recent announcement made by the Government of Malaysia on CONDITIONAL MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER (CMCO) for Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, please be informed that the Front Counter service of Expats Service Centre Cyberjaya including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC will be closed from tomorrow, 14^th October 2020 until 27^th October 2020.  However, the centre is still open for collection of endorsed passports until Friday, 16^th October 2020. As such, we encourage companies to walk-in to our centre for collection of passport latest by Friday.

 

The Front Counter service may resume on 28^th October 2020 or after the Conditional Movement Control Order has ended.

 

In addition, during this period:

 

1) Online application of Approval Stage will continue to be processed.

2) Online appointment that has been booked will be automatically cancelled but companies may proceed to book new slot for 28^th October 2020 onwards.
