Greetings from eXpats Service Centre!


In view of the rise of COVID-19 cases in Malaysia, the Management is very concerned about the health and safety of our employees and clients. Hence, the eXpats Service Centre will commence operations with 50% workforce effective from 7th October 2020 until further notice.


Companies are required to make an online appointment via before coming to our Centre and to adhere to the SOPs which have been set by eXpats Service Centre. Please take note of the followings:


  1. Companies are encouraged to prioritize the submission of application based on the expiry of passes.
  2. Submission of application is with complete documents
  3. There will be delays in processing of endorsement application
  4. All communications with eXpats Service Centre will be via email and chatbot/live chat only.

For collection of endorsed passport, companies are allowed to walk-in to our Centre.


In addition, new operational hours for eXpats Service Centre (Northern office) will be as below:


Operation hours:
8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.              Monday – Thursday
8:30 a.m. to 12.15p.m.            Friday


For your safety and the safety of others, we encourage clients and visitors who are feeling unwell or suspect that they may have been exposed to COVID-19 to avoid visiting our Centre and promptly seek medical care. It is also compulsory for clients to wear a face mask when visiting our Centre and to utilize the hand sanitizers made available.
