Dear valued clients,

As part of our continuous process improvement, kindly be informed that there will be changes with regards to the submission of supporting documents via the e-Xpats system. The following will come into effect beginning 23rd January 2017:

• Updated checklist of documents for approval. Checklists are available at expats.com.my/ICT
• Supporting documents under “Checklist items (required to upload)” are compulsory to be uploaded in the system. Otherwise, the e-Xpats system will not allow for submission of application.

For renewal application, company is required to update the latest working experience in the system. Thus, failure to comply the requirement, it would delay the process of application.

• Photo of Foreign Knowledge Worker and dependents is also compulsory to be uploaded in the e-Xpats system. Thus, the physical photo is no longer require during submission of application. Kindly refer details of requirement and photo specification as below.
