Greetings from eXpats Service Centre! We refer to our announcement dated 29th May 2021 (CCFS–MFS–ANNC–MDEC–157 D20210529) on the closure of eXpats Service Centre, Cyberjaya.

 

Please be informed that the Front Counter service of Expats Service Centre including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC will resume operations effective Friday, 2nd July 2021 on limited operating hours and days as per the following details:

 

Day: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Time: 8.00am until 1.00pm (for submission of passport)            

          3.00pm until 4.00pm (for collection of passport)

 

As the centre will be operating with minimal staff, it will be for urgent and emergency cases only. Therefore, companies are required to make appointment via email to [email protected] or to the company’s Client Manager. Please take note that walk-in is strictly NOT allowed and all appointment that has been booked via https://appt.expats.com.my/ will be automatically cancelled.
