Greetings from eXpats Service Centre! In line with the introduction of E-Special Pass (eSP) by the Immigration Department of Malaysia, we are pleased to inform that effective from 11th October 2021, company may submit Special Pass application via eXpats system.


The online eSP only applicable for:


1) Arrangement to leave country

2) Renewal application

3) New application (change of position/pass only for existing application under MDEC) With eSP, company is required to make online payment for the SP charges.


Please note that company MUST make payment within 7 days of the approval date. Failure to make payment during the said timeline, the special pass approval will be automatically cancelled. The user manual is available in the system for easy reference. For this new enhancement, there will be system downtime for eXpats System on Sunday, 10th October 2021 (12.00 am) until Monday, 11th October 2021 (8.00am). Thus, the system will not be accessible during this period.
