Greetings from eXpats Service Centre,
We wish to inform that with immediate effect, MDEC will only accept Employment Pass application from Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) for position related to MSC Malaysia approved courses only.
For position that is not related to the MSC Malaysia approved courses, the IHL may submit Employment Pass application directly to Expatriate Service Division (ESD), Immigration of Malaysia where terms and conditions apply.
