In line with our continuous process improvement, kindly be informed that the following new features will be available in the e-Xpats system effective on 21st September 2016, Wednesday:

• Online subscription of expatriate services

For MSC Malaysia Status Company that interested to employ Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) may now subscribe to our expatriate services via e-Xpats system.

To start with subscription, company is required to register through www.expats.com.my and create the username and password.

• SMS Notification

Company has an option to receive notification via sms once application has been approved and endorsed. Company can register up to 3 hand phone numbers under company module in e-Xpats System.

• Reset password

The online reset password is now available in e-Xpats system. Please note that company is fully responsible for the password changes made and MDEC is not liable to any dispute due to the changes.

Kindly be informed that the User Manual is available in e-Xpats system for easy reference.
