What is MDSG-MFG?
The Malaysia Digital Scale-up Grant - Manufacturing (MDSG-MFG), by MDEC, supports Malaysia Digital (MD) companies to develop innovative solutions for the manufacturing sector. This grant supports Mission 2: Tech Up for A Digitally Vibrant Nation under the New Industrial Master Plan 2030 (NIMP 2030) led by MITI.

Eligibility Criteria

Company Status
- Incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 or 2016.
- Minimum RM50,000 issued share capital.
- At least 51% Malaysian-owned (individuals or companies).
- Holds MSC Malaysia or Malaysia Digital (MD) status.

Business Operations
- Operating for at least 1 year at the time of application.
- Not under liquidation, winding up, or facing going concern issues.

Conflict of Interest
- Declare any business or family relationship with MDEC directors, staff, or consultants
- Relevant MDEC personnel must abstain from decision-making if such a relationship exists.

Blacklist Status
- Not blacklisted by MDEC or any authority (e.g. MACC, SC, BNM, SSM).

Multiple Applications
- Only one application allowed for companies with common shareholders, unless the shareholder is a venture capital or platform operator.

Previous Funding
- Not receiving any other MDEC grant at the time of application.

Legal and Financial Standing
- Declare any ongoing or past legal or court cases, including those involving MDEC
- Do not owe any money to MDEC due to clawback from previous grants
