The SEA Kre8tif! Awards is a platform to seek and recognize the talents of animation content creators and awarding them for their outstanding work.
There will be a selection of 5 winners. All winners will receive a SEA Kre8tif! Awards Recognition Plaque, a Certificate of Participation, one (1) Kre8tif! (Premium pass) or others deemed fit by MDEC.
Announcement of the winners will be announced during Kre8tif! Conference, tentatively scheduled on 9th November 2022 at Cyberview Resort & Spa, Cyberjaya, Selangor.

Best Animation Shorts - Professional
This category is open for animation content that has a running time of 15 minutes or less.
This category is open for submission from Southeast Asian countries.
Eligibility Criteria :
A citizen of any Southeast Asian Country and NOT an employee or director of the Organiser.
Best Animated VFX
This category is open for broadcasted TV commercials that have full or partial animation or VFX content elements that deliver the best visual experience.
This category is open for submission from Southeast Asian countries.

A citizen of any Southeast Asian Country and NOT an employee or director of the Organiser.
Best Animation Shorts- Student
This category is open for students that are still in the academic term and have not graduated, with animation content that has a running time of 15 minutes or less.

Audience Choice Awards
This category is for a finalist in the Award category. Recognizing the animation with the highest online votes from the audience.

International Animation Awards
This category is open for animation content submitted from all countries except from Southeast Asian countries. The awards look into the overall story, design, audio & visual delivery of the animation content that achieves the best content experience.
