UPDATE ON MSC MALAYSIA STATUS TAX INCENTIVE:
GUIDELINES FOR EXISTING MSC MALAYSIA STATUS COMPANIES (SERVICES)
Dear Esteemed Client,
We refer to all previous announcements issued by MDEC regarding the implementation of the international taxation standards under the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Action 5.
We are pleased to inform that a set of Guidelines has been approved by the Government for existing MSC Malaysia Status companies which are impacted by the aforesaid exercise.
Details of planned briefing sessions to be held in KL, Penang and Johor will be announced soon. We will share the information as soon as it is available.
