We refer to the MSC Malaysia Bill of Guarantees #5: Duty Free importation of multimedia equipment (DFI).
Please be informed that the government has granted sales tax exemption for the importation of multimedia equipment by MSC Malaysia Status Companies – subject to exemption criteria set and approval by Ministry of Finance (MOF). This is effective from 21 Feb 2020.
