Using IoT and visual AI to detect disease in the poultry industry, reduce mortality rates, and improve productivity. Real-time data visibility with an alert system helps to understand processes accurately and assist poultry farmers in building operational efficiency of their poultry farms through continuous monitoring and alerts.
The focus for Solnovation Analytics for this project is wireless quality water monitoring together with an automated anolyte and catholyte dosing system. Also using visual AI to detect the health of chickens and measure the weight of chickens to provide farmers with an important metric called feed conversion ratio used to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
This reduces the breeding period and improves the productivity of chickens, improving poultry product quality at poultry farms, thereby decreasing cost and increasing profitability for the poultry grower.
Pain Points:
The poultry industry grapples with challenges such as disease outbreaks, poor gut health in day-old chicks, and manpower shortages.

Smart poultry uses high-quality data sets and deep learning for sorting, counting, and annotation. This includes monitoring health, weight prediction and yield prediction. Researching now on using audio acoustics cloud for health monitoring and prediction.
