• NSure BPM Workbench is a middleware application designed for life insurance and family takaful operations. It manages new business cases by initiating case management processes and automating workflows, facilitating efficient underwriting procedures. Applications from portals, mobile devices, and bank terminals are routed to the Workbench, where automation tracks the cases until underwriting decisions are made. Successful cases are then registered as active policies in the Core Insurance System.
• The Workbench seamlessly integrates with multiple systems, including Filenet for document management, Output Management System (OMS) for generating emails and letters, and Life400 for core insurance functions, creating a comprehensive enterprise platform. Additionally, it interfaces with real-time Auto Underwriting Engine, AMLA Checks, eKYC, and Financial Crime Risk Management systems to enable efficient, real-time processing.
• Developed using IBM Business Automation Workflows (BAW), the Workbench is based on best practice business processes for New Business and Underwriting. The final agreed processes are tailored to the client's needs and implemented accordingly.
