MD Tech Zone Fees

An overview of the fees associated with applying and maintaining the MD Tech Zone Status.

Application fee

An application fee of RM20,000 is required to cover administrative costs associated with reviewing and processing applications.

Assessment fee

An assessment fee of RM85,000 applies to cover the cost of infrastructure verification, including telecommunication infrastructure, electrical supply, and indoor cellular coverage assessment, as well as the approval process.

Annual Fee

An annual fee of RM15,000 is applicable to cover compliance and monitoring processes, including system support and on-site verification.
