Pre-requisite

Successful learners will have prior knowledge and understanding of:

  1. Security best practices and industry security requirements like defense in depth, least privileged access, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, shared responsibility, and zero trust model.
  2. Familiarity with security protocols such as VPN, IPSec, SSL, and disk/data encryption methods.
  3. Some experience deploying Azure workloads, as this course builds on basic Azure administration knowledge with security-specific information.
  4. Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and scripting languages, as course labs may use PowerShell and the CLI.
 

Prerequisite courses (or equivalent knowledge and hands-on experience):

  1. AZ-900T00: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
