MDEC support the anti-corruption efforts of the Government and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission by strengthening its corporate governance and continuously inculcating the highest standards of honesty and transparent business practice, regardless of where and when that business transpires among its directors, employees, suppliers, recipients, participants and clients In ensuring this, MDEC is currently enhancing the existing guidelines and policies which apply universally to the directors, management, employees and MDEC’s associated persons, in line with the Malaysian relevant laws and regulations. These guidelines and policies are subject to modification from time to time as the Board of Directors deems appropriate in the best interests of MDEC, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
