However, the company faced significant challenges in budget constraints, IT infrastructure, and securing financing. To enhance efficiency, they implemented Niagawan for accounting, expanded sales through TikTok Shop, Shopee, and WooCommerce, and integrated AI tools like ChatGPT to improve customer engagement. The transformation was guided by the 100 Go Digital Accelerator Programme. While working man-hours remained unchanged, digital adoption successfully reduced the process time cycle by two steps, streamlining operations and enhancing service delivery.
