MDEC is aware of several fake order or fund transfer forms being claimed to be from MDEC, directing the recipient to make payment purportedly for orders or bookings made by MDEC. See samples below.
MDEC does not make orders or bookings using any order or fund transfer forms. Any purchases by MDEC will be confirmed by way of issuance of a purchase order and if required, by signing of a binding contract. Upon issuance of a purchase order and/or a binding contract, any payment from MDEC will be processed through MDEC’s system only.
The public is advised to contact MDEC at [email protected] to verify the authenticity of any suspicious order or booking.
