Join as a Digitalisation Partner (DP) for the Business Digitalisation Initiative (BDI)

MDEC invites active MD/MSC Malaysia Status Companies to participate in the Business Digitalisation Initiative (BDI) as Digitalisation Partners (DPs) — a national initiative endorsed by the Majlis Ekonomi Digital dan 4IR Negara (MED4IRN) to accelerate digital adoption among Malaysian MSMEs.

Through this collaboration, BDI DPs will play a key role in empowering businesses to embrace digital transformation by delivering innovative, practical, and easy-to-adopt digital solutions that enhance productivity, competitiveness, and growth.

• Company Status
  Must be an active MD/MSC Malaysia Status Company and remain compliant throughout the appointment period.
• Solution Deployment
  Must have successfully deployed digital solutions in a commercial setting in at least one (1) of the following categories:
  1. Digital Marketing / Sales
  2. Digital Payment (Cashless) / ePOS
  3. HR Payroll System / CRM
  4. ERP / Accounting & Tax
  5. Digital Signature
  6. Cybersecurity
  7. Internet of Things (IoT) / Intelligent Systems
  8. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  9. E-Invoice
• Compliance
  • Not blacklisted by MDEC or any local enforcement agency (e.g. MACC, SC, BNM, SSM).
  • Not involved in any ongoing legal proceedings with MDEC.
  • Not subject to liquidation, bankruptcy, or in a dormant.
• Disclosure
  Company directors or shareholders must declare any business or family relationship with MDEC staff.

Successful applicants will be appointed for two (2) years and may reapply upon expiry.
