The “Pertandingan Animasi Merdeka” is organised by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) for the purpose of providing a platform for local talented animation creators to produce Merdeka-themed animation.
The Competition objectives are to:
- Encourage potential talents to hone their skills through competition; and
- Inculcate the feeling of love for the country through animation.
Eligibility Criteria
A citizen of Malaysia (18 years old and above); and
Not an employee, organiser or director of the organiser
Prize
GOLD
RM 8,000.00 cash, a certificate and one (1) Kre8tif! Xclusive pass
SILVER
RM 5,000.00 cash, a certificate and one (1) Kre8tif! Xclusive pass
BRONZE
RM 3,000.00 cash, a certificate and one (1) Kre8tif! Xclusive pass
