ABOUT eXpats SERVICE CENTRE
The eXpats Service Centre is the one-stop hub for processing your company’s Foreign Knowledge Worker (FKW) employment needs.\n 1. We facilitate the obtainment of all relevant passes for your company’s FKW employment and their dependent’s stay in Malaysia.\n 2. The process for the employment of all foreign knowledge workers is subject to requirements under the Immigration Act 1959/63 and the Immigration Regulations 1963.

EXPATS ONLINE SYSTEM
Customers will be able to register and submit their applications as well as obtaining real-time updates on the status of their applications via system notifications, emails and SMS.
EMERGENCY HOTLINE
The eXpats hotline number is available once you have subscribed to our services. It is to be used for any emergency issues encountered during out-of-office hours.
HELPDESK
Our helpdesk handled by our experienced staff manages all inquiries related to applications and how-to regarding foreign knowledge workers’ needs.
CONSULTANCY SERVICE
We provide consultancy and personalised services to customers. Customers who have applied for these services will be assigned with dedicated Client Managers who will offer expert assistance and communication should any issues arise.

The eXpats Service Centre is a department within the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (MDEC) \n At the Centre, we provide our clients with constant support by offering efficient, effective and innovative services. Located in the bustling global technology hub of Cyberjaya, our Centre also houses the Malaysia Digital Facilitation & Services Department (MFS) of MDEC as well as the Expatriate Services Division of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
