Greetings from eXpats Service Centre!
Please be informed that eXpats Service Centre, Cyberjaya including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC will be operating as follows effective from Monday, 25th January 2021 onwards:

|Lunch Hours (Closed)||1.00pm to 2.00pm||12.15pm to 2.45pm|
Companies are required to make an online appointment via https://mdeccorporatew.wpengine.com/expats/contact/ before coming to our Centre. All online appointments that have been booked from 25th January 2021 are valid and companies can come to the Centre according to the booked slot.
We seek your cooperation to prioritize your application since we are operating with minimal staff strength to comply with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by the government. Please inform us upfront if you are unable to come on the appointment date so that the slot can be given to others. All appointments will be monitored closely and MDEC has a right to cancel company’s next appointment due to NO-SHOW. Companies may walk-in to our Centre for collection of passport ONLY.
We urge companies to be cautious and MUST observe the SOPs imposed by the authorities to contain the Covid-19 outbreak. In addition, please adhere to the SOPs and safety protocols set by eXpats Service Centre to minimize any potential risk to the office and to others.
