Greetings from eXpats Service Centre!
In line with the recent announcement made by the Government of Malaysia on Movement Control Order (MCO), please be informed that eXpats Service Centre (Cyberjaya & Northern office) including Immigration Unit (Expatriate Services) in MDEC are still open, however on limited operating hours as follows.

|18th January 2021 until MCO lifted||Monday, Wednesday & Friday|
In addition, during this period:
1) Online application of Approval Stage will continue to be processed.
2) Online appointment that has been booked will be automatically cancelled. Companies may proceed to book new slot after MCO.
Companies may walk-in to our Centre for collection of passport and submission of urgent/emergency application only. Companies MUST observe the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) imposed by the authorities and adhere to the SOPs which have been set by eXpats Service Centre to contain the Covid-19 outbreak.
Please expect delays in processing of applications since we are operating with minimal support as per the guidelines announced by the Malaysian National Security Council.
